Cooling Water System
The engine’s cooling system (primary circuit) is divided into two circuits, the high temperature
circuit (HT) and low temperature circuit (LT). The HT-circuit is cooling the cylinders, the
turbocharger(s) and in engines equipped with split charge air coolers, also the first stage of the
charge air. The LT-circuit is cooling the second stage of the charge air and the lube oil circuit
through lube oil heat exchanger.
The internal cooling water system comprises the following equipment:

Combustion Air System
