直线轴承
直线轴承是一种以低成本生产的直线运动系统，用于无限行程与圆柱轴配合使用。由于承载球与轴呈点接触，故使用载荷小。钢球以极小的磨擦阻力旋转，从而能获得高精度的平稳运动。
直线轴承广泛用于电子设备，拉力试验机及数字化三维坐标测量设备等精密设备，以及多轴机床、冲床、工具磨床、自动气割机、打印机、卡片分选机、食品包装机等工业机械的滑动部件。

直线轴承内部注入防蚀油，若用油脂润滑时，先用煤油或有机溶济清除防蚀油，风干后再添加润滑脂。
建议使用粘性标记为N0.2的锂皂润滑脂.
*油润滑
若用油润滑时,不必清除防蚀油,根据温度变化可选用ISO粘度等级VG15-100的润滑油.轴润滑可从供油管给没,或从外轴承座上的油孔给油。由于密封圈会刮掉润滑油，油润滑不适用无孔的带密封圈轴承。 *磨擦系数
由于磨擦引起的能量损失很小。运动速度小于60m/min时，温度影响可以忽略不计。磨擦力可由下面等式得出：

*配合间隙
建议与轴承座内孔和光轴直径使用的配合公差。通常，轴承是不能加预载的，但高精度、轻预载可以加到轴承上，然而，负的直径公差不应超过表中数据。

安装时注意事项：
将直线轴承装入轴承座时，应使用辅助工作，避免直接敲击端面或密封圈，应使用轴承均匀导入，用缓冲板，借助轻轻地敲击装入将光轴穿入直线轴承，必须将轴和轴承的中心线成一直线。若轴倾斜插入，滚珠可能会脱落，或造成保持架变型，而对直线轴承造成损坏外加载荷应该平均分配在整个轴承上，尤其是承受瞬间载荷时，应使用两个或更多的轴承。直线轴承不承受旋转载荷，否则可以导致意外事故。
